How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email our customer care team at support@totalrelieflabs.com with your Order Number and the email address used to place the order.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address for our return center.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back to us. (Please note: You can even return empty or partially used jars!)

Return Guidelines & Conditions

  • The 90-day window begins on the day the carrier tracking marks your package as "Delivered."
  • Original shipping fees (if any) and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the postage to mail the items back to our facility.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@totalrelieflabs.com with a photo of the damaged product. We will gladly send you a free replacement right away.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
